The permissions granted to user 'XXX\ykiran' are insufficient for performing this operation.

    During SSRS Report Deploy, if you are facing below error.

Then the user does not have permission to perform an action.

• Close the solution.
• Go to start button.
• Go to 'All Programs'
• Click on "Microsoft SQL Server"
• Right click on on "SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS)" and Select "Run as administrator".

• "Microsoft Visual Studio" will open.
• Open the required SSRS Solution and start Deploy.
